About this Centre
Although one of our smaller sites, the Lambourn Centre still offers everything the local community needs to stay active and, above all, enjoy doing so. Among the facilities on offer, we have a well-appointed gym, a group exercise studio with a fantastic range of classes available, as well as a sports hall where you can enjoy a range of sports and activities.
Register for the West Berkshire Everyone Active discount to gain access to reduced rates for activities at this centre. It is free to register and is available to all West Berkshire residents.

Regardless of whether you’re a regular gym-goer or are just starting out, the Lambourn Centre’s gym has got something for everyone. Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights workouts – or a combination of all four – you’ll find a gym that’s suited to everyone and packed with all the latest equipment.
Group Fitness Studio
Each week we’ve got a packed timetable of classes in our group exercise studio designed to suit everyone. These range from intense, lung-busting sessions such as Les Mills BODYBALANCE to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You’re sure to find something to suit you!
Sports Hall
The spacious and versatile sports hall here at Lambourn Centre is where you can enjoy a huge range of sports and activities. These include the likes of badminton, netball, five-a-side football and so much more. It’s also where we host some of our amazing birthday parties!
