As well as all the fabulous sporting facilities and the sheer variety of activities that you can enjoy as part of your Everyone Active membership, we also offer a great deal away from our centres, via your profile, too.


With your membership, you get access to your Everyone Active profile, which allows you to enjoy a whole host of benefits. Not only can you keep track of all your activities and how you’re progressing towards your fitness goals, but it’s here that you’ll find access to a whole host of other digital resources, too.

Tracking activities & calories

But, back to that tracking of activities. Whatever you’ve been up to will be automatically added to your profile via your connected devices, or via connected TechnoGym smart keys – if your centre uses those – while you can also add activities using the QR code scanner in the app or manually input them directly on your planner.

The number of calories burnt will be automatically recorded as well, and every activity you add will count towards you attaining badges and any challenges you may have entered into. Your calories burnt will be specific to you as an individual and the activities that you complete, to ensure that we can calculate these just ensure that you’ve completed your profile with your height and weight information.

Training plans

It’s here that you’ll be able to pick from the multitude of training plans that we have on offer as well. These are designed to suit certain purposes, so whether you want to lose weight, tone up, get fitter or build muscle, it’s certain that there’ll be one for you in there. We’ll help to recommend what we think are the most suitable plans for you after completing your personal goal setting information, which you can update at any time, but of course you’re free to browse the full library of options too.

Workouts

If you’re looking for a one-off workout rather than a full training plan then we have huge range to choose from. Use our library filters to help find the one for you, whether you’re a beginner or advanced, looking to lose weight or build muscle, you’ll find plenty to choose from to keep your workouts fresh and interesting.

Online video classes

Alongside all of the above, you can also take advantage of our online workout videos that you can use at home if, for any reason, you can’t make it to your centre. There are loads to choose from, including video workout classes and longer-term workout plans that anyone can complete at home.

The app

Speaking of the app – about which you can learn more here – you can run your whole fitness regime from it. You get complete access to all your profile’s features, so you can access them while you’re on the move, keeping up to date with your progress and updating your planner with new activities. The app also includes an integrated QR code scanner, with which you can scan codes next to the piece of equipment you’re using to track that activity to your profile.
