To book a party and qualify for this offer please call your local centre or visit in person and speak to a member of the Everyone Active team within the promotional period. Parties cannot be booked on-line.
Parent/guardian’s full name and email address required to book a children’s party. All parties must be paid 30 days in advance of them taking place. 25-50% non-refundable deposit required when booking dependent on centre, this will be confirmed during the booking process. All valid party bookings will receive a free active monster water bottle OR notebook & pencil set to be given to the birthday child on the day of the party provided the booking has been paid in full at least 30 days of the start of a children’s birthday party. The choice of water bottle or notebook & pencil set must be made at the point of booking. Max age for a children’s party booking between 8 -15 years dependent on centre and party type, please check with the centre at time of booking.
There is the choose of either an Active Monster Water Bottle which holds 400ml or a notebook & pencil set which is A5 and includes 1 pencil.
No alternative offer will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar offer of equal or greater value. The offer is non-transferable.
The offer is only valid against parties that are run and managed by Everyone Active. Those holding a party run by a third party will not be eligible for the free active monster water bottle or notebook & pencil set.

General:

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims including but not limited to asking for proof of party booking, payment and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a gift or withdraw gift entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions and invalidate any affected claims at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or use of the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
