Cold Water Immersion

Important Information for Your Comfort & Safety

We want your experience to be both invigorating and safe. Please take a moment to review these guidelines before enjoying our cold immersion baths:

  1. Consultation First: If you have any underlying health conditions, please speak with a medical professional before using cold immersion therapy.
  2. Stay Clear of Alcohol & Drugs: For your safety, do not use the cold tub under the influence.
  3. Special Conditions: Cold immersion is not recommended if you are pregnant or have open wounds or skin irritations.
  4. Head Above Water: For your own safety, please keep your head out of the water.
  5. Time Limit: For your wellbeing, sessions should never exceed 10 minutes.
  6. Ease Into It: If you’re new to cold immersion, start slowly—just 30 seconds can be enough at first. Gradually increase over several sessions.
  7. Safety First: Our team checks the Cold Room regularly, and panic alarms are available should you need assistance.
  8. Age Restriction: Guests under 16 are not permitted to use the cold baths.
  9. Pre-Session Prep: Please shower and use the restroom before entering to maintain water quality.
  10. Protective Gear: We recommend wearing booties, gloves, and a head covering for added comfort.
  11. Breathing: Avoid prolonged breath-holding during immersion.
  12. Aftercare: Warm up gradually after your session for the best recovery experience.
  13. Water Quality: We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Occasionally, baths may close for scheduled cleaning—please respect any signage.

Stop Immediately and Get Out of the Tub If:

  • You experience excessive shivering, blueing of the skin/lips, slurred speech, or confusion.
  • You feel chest pain, palpitations, dizziness, or faintness.
