Much More This Summer Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Much More This Summer Prize Draw. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any advertising, promotional or other materials, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your records. 

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Everyone Active. 
  2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over as at 31 August 2026. Employees of Everyone Active and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 
  3. The prize draw opens on 6 July 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 31 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included. 
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. 
  5. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the closing date. 
  6. One winner will be selected at each participating Everyone Active centre. 
  7. The winner will receive six months’ standard membership for two people.  
  8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize. 
  9. The winner selection will be conducted by an independent third party appointed by Everyone Active. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  10. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry shortly after the closing date. 
  11. Everyone Active reserves the right to publish or make available the surname and county of the winners and/or use their name for publicity purposes, unless the winner objects where permitted by law. 
  12. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 
  13. Everyone Active reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
