The following terms apply for the ‘Join now pay nothing until January 2026’ offer

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Offer available to UK residents aged 16 plus at participating centres
  2. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now pay nothing until January 2026’ offer.
  3. Opens 26/11/2025 and closes for applications 1/12/2025, with the exception of Watford Central Leisure Centre and Watford Woodside Leisure Centre where the offer opens 26/11/2025 and closes for applications 21/12/2025.
  4. All customers MUST complete an application for an Everyone Active card or download the app or already have a card already to participate.
  5. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary). In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
  6. New members only (i.e. must not have been a member in the previous 30 days).
  7. There will not be a joining fee (otherwise known as the administration fee) during the promotional period.
  8. Join now and get the rest of the year free. No pro rata payment taken in November, no payment taken in December. Your first Direct Debit will be taken on the 1st of January 2026

  10. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
  11. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
  12. The offer is open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
  13. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
  14. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
  15. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
  16. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
