The following terms apply for the ‘Join Now and get 50% off April, then pay only £29.99 per month until 30 September 26’ offer.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. The offer is open to UK residents aged 16 or over joining or re-joining participating centres: Mounts Baths, Lings Forum Leisure Centre and Danes Camp Leisure Centre.
  2. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now, get 50% off for April and then pay only £29.99 per month until 30 September’ offer.
  3. Opens 00.01 hours on 22/03/2026 and closes for applications 20.00 hours on 12/04/2026
  4. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card at centre or must already have a card already to participate.
  5. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit Move+ membership (type may vary).
  6. In order to terminate their membership members can cancel on-line on their profile area, through the website or in person at any Everyone Active centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month. Members wishing to avoid the post-promotional price must ensure cancellation is received by the relevant notice deadline.
  7. The offer is to pay only 50% of £29.99 pro rata for the remainder of April (based on when in April member joins) and then pay £29.99 per month from 01/05/2026 to 30/09/2026 for a Move+ membership to start no earlier than 01/04/2026.  As of 01/10/2026 the price will increase to £34.99.
  8. Offer valid for both existing members of these sites and new members.

  10. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply.
  11. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
  12. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion, or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
  13. Offer is not valid on corporate memberships.
  14. In exceptional circumstances and where unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer.
  15. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
  16. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
