There is going to be a change of leisure operator at Aqua Vale Swimming & Fitness Centre and Swan Pool & Fitness Centre. From 1st April 2024 SERCO/More Leisure Community will commence with their management as the leisure operator for the Aylesbury contract.
Everyone Active have been incredibly proud to have been the leisure operator of Aqua Vale Swimming & Fitness Centre and Swan Pool & Fitness Centre since 1st April 2013 and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the last 11 years.
Please be assured that you will not need to do anything during this transfer, and you are welcome to carry on using the centre as you normally would do.
The new operator will commence from 1st April 2024
At the end of March 2024 there will be some changes taking place and the management of the centre will be handed over to SERCO/More Leisure Community on 1st April 2024.
What happens to my membership?
Your Membership will automatically transfer to the new provider from 1st April 2024. The team from SERCO/More Leisure Community will be contacting you in due course with further information. If you would like to contact the team at SERCO/More Leisure Community, you can do so here.
What should I do if I want to remain an Everyone Active Member?
If you would like to continue your membership with us and use one of our many Everyone Active Centres, please send us an enquiry and one of the team will arrange that for you.
