WELLBEING WALKS

Free WELLBEING WALKS at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre

Planned and led by a Walk Leader, about an hour long, and at a pace that caters for everyone. Afterwards enjoy a drink and a chat at the leisure centre café.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, socialise and do some light to moderate physical activity. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes, a drink and appropriate clothing for the weather.

No need to book in advance. On your first walk, you will need to fill in a registration form before the start so please try to arrive 10 minutes early to do this.
