Plymouth Life Centre Swimming Pool

The swimming pools at Plymouth Life Centre are excellent facilities that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy. Our three pools host lessons, activities and general swimming all year round. They provide space for improving your swimming, training for sporting events and relaxing family fun.

Facilities at Plymouth Life Centre

Plymouth Life Centre is home to an Olympic-sized swimming pool. This main pool holds swimming lessons, lane swimming and general swim sessions 7 days a week.

Alongside our main pool, Plymouth Life Centre has a number of other swimming facilities, including a diving pool and a toddler pool.

Our toddler pool is the perfect place for kids to learn to love the water. It has plenty of shallower areas to allow children to have fun and grow in confidence.

Alongside our swimming pools we also have a diving pool. This is used for lessons and is opened to the general public at certain times.

Swimming lessons

Our Plymouth swimming pool is the perfect place for children and adults to learn to swim and improve their skills. Children as young as four months can be a part of lessons in our pools, with fully-qualified instructors there every step of the way. Plymouth Life Centre also offers a full range of adult classes to help you learn to swim or improve your skills.

Plymouth Life Centre swimming pool is open 7 days a week.

We run different sessions throughout the week at our Plymouth swimming pool to make sure there’s something that everyone can enjoy. From diving sessions to women-only and over-50 sessions, use our timetable to find something to get involved in.

Please note that this timetable does not include details of our regular swimming lessons.

The pools themselves will close 15 minutes before the advertised closing time to allow members to change.
