Northcroft Leisure Centre

Northcroft Leisure Centre’s 63-station gym is ideal for everyone, regardless of whether you’re a regular gym-goer or are just starting out. Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights workouts – or a combination of all four – you’ll find a gym that’s suited to everyone.

Here at Northcroft Leisure Centre, we’ve got two swimming pools. There’s a 25-metre, six lane main pool, as well as a smaller teaching pool. The main pool is where we host most of our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as family fun swim sessions, lane swimming and loads more. The teaching pool, meanwhile, is perfect for small children to get their first taste of the water.

Open during the summer months, Northcroft Lido is a heated outdoor swimming pool that allows you to enjoy the water, the sunshine and the fresh air at the same time. It's ideal for having fun in the water with family and friends, as well as on the splash pad or enjoying the spiral flume. The 50m, Olympic length, lido is ideal for some 'al fresco' lane swimming to help you stay active and healthy too. The complex also features a large number of standard and accessible changing facilities. It’s very popular when the sun’s out, so don’t forget to book in advance to avoid disappointment!

We’ve got three group exercise studios here at Northcroft, including one dedicated to the ever-popular group cycling. Each week we’ve got a packed timetable of classes designed to suit everyone from intense, lung-busting sessions such as Les Mills BODYPUMP to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You’re sure to find something to suit you!

Our spacious and versatile six-court sports hall is where you can enjoy a huge range of sports and activities. These include the likes of table tennis, badminton, hockey, netball, basketball, five-a-side football and so much more. It’s also where we host some of our amazing birthday parties!
