Activities take place at venues across the borough and newcomers are always welcome as activities are low impact and cater for those who are just starting to be active or for those wanting to stay or be more active.

The Everyone Active Exercise Referral Scheme is currently available at the Acton Centre, Dormers Wells Leisure Centre and Northolt Leisure Centre. The scheme is the perfect way for people with long-term health conditions to move more to improve their health and wellbeing.
