Indoor Bowls with Everyone Active

Playing indoor bowls is a good way for people of all ages and abilities to get active and be more social. It can be played casually or competitively, and is ideal for those wanting a more gentle form of exercise. With sections for young players, the visually-impaired and those with disabilities, as well as for both genders and mixed play, bowls is a pastime that offers something for everyone.

The game is simple to learn but becoming skilled at it requires determination, patience and an understanding of tactics.
