Our National Fitness Expert, Robert, has had a diverse career to date, spending most of his twenties running a record label, making music, and performing, before his passion for fitness and wellbeing took centre stage. He has now been working in the fitness industry for more than 12 years. He has a BSc (with honours) in Sports, Fitness and Coaching, is a qualified Life Coach, a Master Personal Trainer and has a diploma in Acupressure. Robert has a particular interest in weightlifting, bodybuilding, and physique athletic training. He also has extensive knowledge in sport psychology, anatomy and physiology and motivational work. His Facebook Live series ‘Walking Wisdom’ has become very popular, where he discusses philosophy, psychology, and other existential ideas, all delivered with his own unique vernacular and views.
