These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Lapland prize draw

  1. Prize draw is open to England, Scotland and Wales residents aged 18 plus only. Employees of Everyone Active (the ‘Promoter’) and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.
  2. Promotion Period starts 00:01 22 August 2025 and closes 23:59 14 December 2025
  3. Those re-starting their Direct Debit for swimming lessons, joining swimming lessons on Direct Debit or paying in full in advance for lessons during the Promotional Period will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a family holiday to Lapland. Participants will need to provide an email address and contact telephone number at the point of purchase if not already held by Promoter and be holders of an Everyone Active card with no arrears on their account.
  4. One entry per adult or child enrolled in the swimming lesson programme in the prize draw.

  6. The holiday prize is 1 x trip for up to 2 adults (18+) and 2 children (aged 2 – 12 years old) and includes:
    – Return flights from a UK regional airport to a Lapland airport. We will endeavour to offer flights from an airport as close to the home of the winner as possible, within the confines of what is offered by Santa’s Lapland
    – Overseas transfer to and from the airport to your hotel in Saariselkä
    – 3 nights cosy half-board accommodation in Saariselkä (minimum 3-star equivalent)
    – A full day of activities for winner and guests including:
    *       Husky sled ride
    *       Reindeer sleigh ride
    *       Snow hockey, mini skidoos, kick sledding and snow hockey
    *       See Santa’s Elves in their igloo and Sleigh Barn
    *       A private family meeting with Santa with a gift for every child
    – Thermal suits and boots for the duration of your stay
    – A festive dinner on your final evening
    – Travel insurance
    Transfers to and from your UK airport are not included.
  7. The holiday prize can only be taken during December 2026.
  8. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over.
  9. The winner and guests must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel. Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest.
  10. The prize package must be taken as a whole; flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The winner and their guests must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel.
  11. Under 18s must have parental/guardian consent to travel.
  12. The break excludes anything not specified above, including but not limited to additional meals, gratuities, and domestic travel.
  13. All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be selected via a randomised computer process within 7 days of the close of the Promotional Period.
  14. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date of the promotion by telephone and email. The winner will have 14 days from initial notification to claim their prize by replying to the notification email confirming they wish to accept their prize. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, then another winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are the winner. To claim the prize the winner must confirm in writing by email that they wish to accept it. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of claiming to organise the prize.
  15. There are no cash alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prize and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winner.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with something of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
  17. No responsibility can be taken for entries where telephone and/or email details have been provided incorrectly and there is no other possible method of contact with the winner.
  18. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity in the form of photographs or interviews with local media/Everyone Active.
  19. The Promoter will make available the surname and county of residence of the winner to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the draw date. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing [email protected]and requesting ‘Lapland winner’. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to, asking for proof of identity details including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and to disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by fraudulent means.
  21. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  22. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  24. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  25. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless your residential address is in Scotland then Scottish law applies.
  26. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We may share your personal data with our partners Broccoli Marketing (https://www.broccolimarketing.com/privacy-policy/) to help us run the promotion and provide prizes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to [email protected]. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion, except for winners whose data will be deleted upon completion of the retreat.
