Win A Luxury Fitness Retreat In Ibiza – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The following terms apply for the ‘Win a luxury fitness retreat in Ibiza’ Prize Draw

  1. Entry is open to England, Scotland and Wales residents aged 18 plus only. Employees of Everyone Active (the ‘Promoter’) and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.
  2. Opens 00:00 13/04/2026 to 23:59 14/06/2026 (the ‘’Promotional Period’’)
  3. All those aged 18 or over who join Everyone Active on a fitness membership either paid in full upfront or via monthly Direct Debit (for Everyone Active membership terms and conditions, see www.everyoneactive.com/legal-policies, select your centre from the list and then terms and conditions) with a valid email address during the Promotional Period, will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of 5 luxury Ibiza fitness retreats for 2 people (winner plus guest aged 18+). Participants will need to provide their full name, email address and phone number at the point of purchase if not already held by Promoter. Opt-out of the draw by emailing [email protected].
  4. All existing members, aged 18 or over will be sent a link enabling them to enter the prize draw. If they then continue to use the facilities at least eight times during the Promotional Period their entry will be entered into the final draw.
  5.   6. Maximum one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For avoidance of doubt, an entrant who joins an Everyone Active leisure centre and used the facilities eight times during the Promotional Period will only be entered once. Maximum 1 prize per person.
  7. There are 5 x Luxury Ibiza Retreats in Ibiza for the winner and one guest (aged 18+) to be won. Winners must be able to travel from 11 – 15 October 2026. The prize includes:
    • Return economy flights from the winner’s preferred GB airport that accommodates flights on the dates specified above to Ibiza for 2 people
    • Transfers to and from Ibiza airport and the retreat accommodation
    • 4 nights’ accommodation for 2 people at a luxury villa in the countryside of Ibiza. Villa will be shared with all other winners and guests from this promotion
    • All meals and healthy soft drinks, on a full board basis at the villa
    • Opportunity to participate in all available activities including functional fitness, daily yoga, beach workouts, mindfulness and breathwork activities, a guided hike, SUP or kayaking, a full body massage and a meal out at a local restaurant
    • Coaching and guidance from trained professionals in each of the above disciplines
    • All transportation to and from provided activities for the duration of your stay
  8. The retreat must be taken from 11 to 15 October 2026. No alternative dates or cash alternatives are available. Winners must be prepared to take flights that enable them to arrive at Ibiza Airport between 12.00 and 17.00 hours on 11 October and to be prepared to check out of the villa by 12.00 on 15 October to travel to the airport in the supplied transfer. If winners wish to arrive late or on an alternative day or depart earlier than 11 October then they will be responsible for the costs of their transfers from the airport to the retreat accommodation.
  9. The winners and their guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prizes.
  10. The winners and their guests will be responsible for the cost of all transfers within GB from their home address to their selected airport.
  11. All winners and their guests must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining from the end of their trip (from 15 October 2026) and must be prepared to provide proof of their documents in advance of travel. Everyone Active will not be responsible for the costs of winners and their guests having to purchase or renew a passport.
  12. All winners and their guests must have valid travel insurance for the period of their stay. Winners and their guests will need to provide proof of this travel insurance and will not be able to attend the retreat without it.
  13. All winners and their guests will be asked to sign a ‘points of personal responsibility’ form prior to arrival at the retreat. This will be to acknowledge that any behaviour that is aggressive or disruptive to the wellbeing of the event, its participants and staff may result in the winner and/or their guest being asked to leave. If this happens, Everyone Active will not be responsible for finding the winner and their guest alternative accommodation or the costs of changing any return flight details.
  14. All winners and their guests will need to complete a Health and Wellbeing registration form in advance of arrival to ensure that any medical issues and dietary requirements are known to the event management team in advance and plans can be put in place to cater for them.
  15. The winners will be drawn by an independent adjudicator within 7 days of the closing date from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Winners will be notified of their win via email to the email address associated to their Everyone Active membership within 7 days of the Prize Draw and will be requested to provide proof of ID including date of birth (passport, driving license or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth), local Everyone Active leisure centre and Everyone Active membership number by return email within 14 days of initial notification. County of residence will also be requested for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received. If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of being first notified, rejects their prize or are ineligible, then another winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. The winners will be contacted within 7 days of valid claim and the completion of any verification process to arrange their prize. The process will repeat twice after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
  16. There are no cash alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, with something of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
  18. No responsibility can be taken for entries where telephone and/or email details have been provided incorrectly and there is no other possible method of contact with a winner.
  19. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  20. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries and/or claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries and/or claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
  21. Winners will be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in publicity in the form of photographs and interviews with local media and Everyone Active. Winners may be asked to take part in an interview before their retreat and may also be asked to take part in video footage and photography, before, during and after their retreat. These photos and footage will be used on Everyone Active’s social media channels, marketing materials and external media. Winners’ images may also be used in future marketing campaigns for Everyone Active. A full filming and photographic consent form will be provided to each winner advising what is required of them at the time of being awarded their prize if they consent to publicity.
  22. The Promoter will make available a list of luxury Ibiza retreats winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected] and requesting ‘Ibiza Retreat winner list’. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to, asking for proof of identity details including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the winner’s date of birth) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and to disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by fraudulent means.
  24. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  25. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  26. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  27. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  28. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless your residential address is in Scotland then Scottish law applies.
  29. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. We may share your personal data with our partners Broccoli Marketing (https://www.broccolimarketing.com/privacy-policy/) to help us run the promotion and provide prizes. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. Click here for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to [email protected]. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion, except for winners whose data will be deleted upon completion of the retreat. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
