- Promotor. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Everyone Active.
- Eligibility. The Prize Draw is open to all customers of Everyone with a YOU+ Ultimate membership (excluding employees of Everyone Active).
- How to enter. To enter, participants must complete the YOU+ Ultimate survey attached. Only one entry per person will be permitted per quarter.
- Dates. The Prize Draw will apply to each quarter as follows:
- 1 January to 31 March
- 1 April to 30 June
- 1 July to 30 September
- 1 October to 31 December
- Prize. The prize is one year’s free YOU+ Ultimate membership. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Winner Selection. The winner will be chosen at random from among the qualifying entries each quarter using an online random generator service and the result will be final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winner shall be notified within 7 days of the end of each quarter. If no response is received, another winner may be chosen.
- Publicity. The winner’s name and/or social media handle may be published on Everyone Active’s social media feed, e-communications, newsletters and on the Everyone Active website for promotional purposes.
- Data Protection. Personal data will be used only to administer the Prize Draw and in line with Everyone Active’s Privacy Policy.
- General. Everyone Active reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. Everyone Active’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
