About this Centre
Flitwick Leisure Centre brings activity to the local community. With a range of facilities to help you enjoy getting moving, there really is something for everyone. Included in this, the centre boasts both a 25-metre main pool and a smaller teaching pool, a freshly refurbished, 160-station gym, group exercise studios, a four-court sports hall, two squash courts and two outdoor 3G football pitches. There’s also a café where you can enjoy refreshments.

Flitwick Leisure Centre’s recently refurbished 160-station gym is ideal for everyone, regardless of whether you’re a regular gym-goer or are just starting out. Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights workouts – or a combination of all four – you’ll find a gym that’s suited to everyone and packed with all the latest equipment.
Swimming Pool
Here at Flitwick Leisure Centre, we’ve got two swimming pools. There’s a 25-metre, eight lane main pool and a smaller teaching pool. The main pool is where we host the majority of our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as family fun swim sessions, lane swimming and loads more. The teaching pool, meanwhile, is perfect for small children to get their first taste of the water.
Group Fitness Studio
We’ve got four group exercise studios here at Flitwick. Each week we’ve got a packed timetable of classes designed to suit everyone from intense, lung-busting sessions such as Les Mills BODYPUMP to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You’re sure to find something to suit you! There’s also an innovative immersive group cycling studio with a wrap-around cinema-style screen and surround-sound.
Sports Hall
Our spacious and versatile four-court sports hall is where you can enjoy a huge range of sports and activities. These include the likes of tables tennis, badminton, volleyball, netball, basketball, football and so much more. It’s also where we host some of our amazing birthday parties!
Personal Training
Our fantastic team of personal trainers are on hand at the centre to help you achieve your goals! The Everyone Active Personal Training app is here for you to find out about the trainers, purchase and book your PT sessions.
