About this Centre
Here at Henbury Leisure Centre, we aim to offer you the widest variety of activities in the highest quality facilities in the area. Our state-of-the-art gym is packed with a plethora of equipment from leading manufacturers, while our two swimming pools – a main pool and a teaching pool – host our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a range of other aquatic activities. Elsewhere, we also offer a full programme of group fitness classes and have a sports hall that is used for a whole range of different sports and activities, including cricket net sessions and badminton.

Our bright and inviting gym features a plethora of brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment. This includes cardio equipment, free weights, resistance machines and a dedicated functional training space to help you reach your fitness goals.
Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Swimming Pool
Come and enjoy either our teaching pool or our six-lane, 25m swimming pool. They play host to our award-winning swimming lessons, while you can also enjoy fitness swimming and aqua aerobics, as well as fun, casual sessions for all the family.
Sports Hall
Our sports hall offers a full range of group activities from five-a-side football to badminton. It also hosts to our popular aerobics, HIIT and circuit training classes. The sports hall also accommodates a wide range of children's activities including birthday parties and holiday day camps.
