Bespoke training plans
Most Everyone Active centres that include a gym offer Personal Trainer sessions. These can last between half an hour and 60 minutes, depending on what’s best for you and your Personal Trainer will devise a bespoke training plan to help you reach your own fitness goals and will be on hand to make sure you get the most out of each and every work out.
Motivation from your Personal Trainer
They’ll help you do the right exercises, using the correct equipment and using each piece of equipment in the most efficient and effective way possible, meaning it’ll have the most effect with little or no chance of you hurting yourself. All this means you’re much more likely to see the results you crave which, in turn, will help keep you motivated, thereby helping you stay on track to achieving those goals.
Small Group Training
If a full-on Personal Trainer doesn‘t sound quite right to you, then why not give Small Group Training a go? This is the same concept, except you share your sessions with a small group of people, all of whom have similar fitness goals to you. Our programmes typically last for a duration of six weeks.
Group Training sessions are a great way of staying motivated, reaching your targets, meeting new people and of spreading the cost of Personal Training sessions a little more thinly.
