As our centres are currently closed following Government instruction, you will naturally have some questions regarding your subscription with us.

Rest assured, our customers and colleagues are our number one priority and we have lots of options available to all subscribers. The options are detailed below.

All customers paying Direct Debit

As a customer paying direct debit for your subscription, you have a number of options to choose from for whilst your local centre is closed. Please see your options below:

Option 1 – SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CENTRE AND THE NATIONAL EMERGENCIES TRUST

Many of you have contacted us to say you’d like to continue to support your local community at this time. If you would like to continue to pay your DD during this period, we will be donating 50% of it to The National Emergencies Trust fundraising appeal to help those most affected by the coronavirus outbreak. As a thank you we will automatically upgrade your membership to an  Everyone Active Gold Membership* which is Exclusive to our members who support us during this time and will include.

  • Price for Life – the membership price that you pay will stay the same for as long as you are a member with us and will be exempt from any annual price increase
  • Access to all Everyone Active centres nationwide
  • A month’s FREE membership
  • A week’s guest pass each month for the duration of for your membership
  • An Exclusive Gold membership card

Option 2 – BE ACTIVE ONLINE

Just because our centres are closed, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t continue to be active to support both our physical and mental health. We know that many of you will miss the huge role our centres play in your lives, so we have launched a comprehensive online fitness offering to help keep you active during these unprecedented times. The EA online package consists of three great at-home workout solutions, worth £45 per month, to help you stay active.

We’re offering you access to our online solution for just £9.99 a month. Don’t let your hard work this year go to waste, stick with us and let’s stay active TOGETHER.

The online package includes:

• Les Mills on Demand – Enjoy a 60 day subscription and try out all your favourite classes, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE and BODYATTACK.

On Demand Workouts, Powered by Gympass Plus – 500 new workouts to our online fitness package plan including Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, BOXX Method, GAIAM yoga and even GOLfit for anyone missing the golf course!

• Access to our EA content, including lots of tops tips and at-home workouts

Option 3 – FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT NO EXTRA COST

If either of the above two options don’t work for you, then can you can freeze your membership for the duration of the closure for free.

All customers that have paid an annual subscription in full

Please be assured, we will credit your annual membership for the period of the centre closure. The credited time will be added to the end of your membership and we will be in touch when we reopen to confirm your new expiry date.

In the meantime, you are welcome to take advantage of our fantastic online workout package, which includes:

All swimming lesson and activity customers

Please be assured that we will not be collecting Direct Debit payments until the centre reopens and so your swimming lessons, activities and sessions will be automatically frozen, and your space will be reserved. Therefore, you do not need to take any action.

We will be in contact in due course to keep you informed of the centre’s reopening and therefore the continuation of your swimming lessons, activities and sessions.
