COVID Information

As per Government instruction, all our centres will remain closed during a national lockdown. We will notify customers as soon as we’re able to reopen again.

What will happen to your membership, courses or lessons whilst we’re closed?

Direct Debit customers

Your membership and Direct Debit payments will not be collected for the duration of our closure. We will credit any time you lost during this period when our sites reopen. If you are on courses or lessons, rest assured, your space will be held.

Annual customers

We will add any time you lost due to our closure to the end of your membership and will notify you when it is due for renewal. If you are on courses or lessons, rest assured, your space will be held.

Termly customers

We will revise your next payment to reflect the time you lost due to our closure. Your lesson space will also be held.

Pay-as-you-go activities

If you have paid for an activity booking, which now cannot go ahead due to our closure, this will automatically be refunded, and no action is required by you.
