Move Your Mind

Are you wanting to improve your mental and physical wellbeing?
Move Your Mind is a FREE 10-week referral programme that supports you to take part in activities that support the improvement of your emotional and mental wellbeing. You will need to be over 16 to attend and can start at any time.

Benefits of the programme include:

  • Maintaining a healthy weight and physical fitness
  • Healthier muscles and bones

What is the programme?

  • 45 minutes of activity which includes strength, balance and coordination exercises
  • 30-minute ‘Tea and Talk’ to discuss relevant mental health topics

Classes take place at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre, Thursdays at 10.15am and at Stradbroke swim and fitness centre on Wednesdays 1.30pm.
