Becontree Heath Leisure Centre in Dagenham has a range of facilities that you can take advantage of. The centre has two pools in which you can enjoy a variety of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons. Furthermore, the 100-station gym is packed with all the latest equipment, while the sports hall plays host to a whole range of different activities. Meanwhile, the group fitness studios host a number of sessions each week that are suited to just about everyone, while you can also hold children’s parties here that allow you to have all the fun, without the fuss.

This facility has now reopened and available for booking.
Our fitness suite boasts over 100 stations of the latest, most state-of-the-art Technogym equipment that is spread over two fully air-conditioned gyms.
Swimming Pool
This facility has now reopened and available for booking.
Becontree heath is home to two pools – a 25m x 25m main pool, as well as a smaller, shallower teaching pool. It’s in these that we host a number of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons, alongside other sessions that are both fun and active.
Everyone On Demand
Stay active anywhere with Everyone On Demand, whether that's a BODYCOMBAT class at home with Les Mills On Demand or a personalised audio programme with WithU, there is something for everyone. Everyone On Demand provides unlimited access to Les Mills on Demand, WithU, FLEX by FitnessOnDemand and EXI. This gives you the freedom to participate in your favourite classes but also try some new ones as well. Everyone On Demand isn't limited to classes, take advantage of the virtual coach, tailored fitness plans as well the NHS approved app EXi. Everyone On Demand is completely free for members or only £9.99 a month for non-members.
Group Fitness Studio
Following the Government lockdown announcement this facility is closed until further notice.
We have two air-conditioned group fitness studios, complete with a wide variety of exercise equipment which allow us to offer over 75 group fitness classes each week. These have been specifically designed to suit people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, so you’re sure to find one for you.
Soft Play
Following the Government lockdown announcement this facility is closed until further notice.
The Jolly Jungles extensive soft play area boasts a multi-tiered soft play structure, ball pit and the highest safe slide for miles around! The perfect location for casual play & birthday parties for toddlers to 12 year olds.
