About this Centre
Blackbrook Leisure Centre & Spa's fantastic range of facilities helps make it one of the surrounding area's premier activity venues. With first-class tennis facilities, a soon-to-be-refurbished and extended, state-of-the-art gym, a group fitness studio, the main and teaching pools, a sports hall, as well as a whole host of family-friendly activities. The centre also includes a spa that offers a superb variety of luxurious pampering packages suited to every budget. The centre will be upgrading various facilities, including the gym, changing facilities, reception and the fitness studio throughout August and September. The renovations should be completed by the middle of September, with the gym being closed from the 19th to the 28th August.

Gym
The centre currently boasts a 74-station gym that's ideal for everyone, regardless of your fitness objectives. In the coming weeks, however, Everyone Active will be upgrading and extending the gym, with state-of-the-art equipment being installed in the extended gym area. Swimming Pool
The centre boasts a 25m main pool as well as a smaller teaching pool. Here, we host a variety of different swim sessions to suit those of all abilities, including our award-winning swimming lessons. We also offer lane swimming, fun swimming and inflateable sessions so everyone can enjoy the water. Please note that both the male and female changing rooms will be refurbished during August and September. If you require further information, enquire today.
Group Fitness Studio
Our superb group fitness studio plays host to a huge variety of classes to suit everyone. Whether you want something fast paced and intense or something a little more relaxed, we're sure to have the right class for you.
Spa
Come and experience all that our spa has to offer. We've got a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, monsoon shower, four treatment rooms and nail bar, along with a whole range of treatments and experiences to suit everyone.
Tennis Courts
The Taunton Tennis Centre is the largest in Somerset. It boasts six indoor and six outdoor courts. It's been developed with both elite coaching and training in mind, as well as more casual pay-as-you-play use. During August and September, the extensive viewing areas are being refurbished and remodelled as part of the centre's overall refurbishment programme.
