About this Centre
Romford’s Central Park Leisure Centre has everything the local community needs to enjoy getting active. As well as a 150-station gym that’s packed with the very latest Life Fitness equipment and its two swimming pools – in which our award-winning swimming lessons are hosted – there’s plenty else to do. You can unwind in our sauna, steam room and spa, take advantage of the four-court sports hall and have a game of badminton or table tennis and enjoy a huge range of different group exercise classes. We are now also home to BOXE - Fight Klub Romford – which operates its classes in its own designated Fight Klub studio.
This centre has implemented a cashless system. This has significantly reduced queuing times and improved customer service. Our reception area also features a full range of grab and go hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches. It also has a full range of Zogg's swimwear, accessories, and goggles as well as our everyone shop area that has a range of gym clothes and exercise equipment.

We also offer the ever-popular group cycling classes, which take place in their own dedicated studio.
Swimming Pool
Our 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool is ideal for all swimmers to enjoy, while there’s also a 13 x 6m learner pool for your little ones to enjoy. Meanwhile, you can also take advantage of our award-winning swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.
Sports Hall
Come and enjoy a range of activities in our four-court sports hall. The hall is available for hire for a wide variety of sports and activities, which include badminton, five-a-side football, basketball, trampolining, walking football, netball and many others.
