Our gym is packed with the latest kit, while we also have a huge programme of group fitness sessions designed to suit everyone. Furthermore, our swimming pool hosts a variety of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons as well as other water-based fun. We’ve also got squash courts, an indoor bowls arena and cater for children too, with our fantastic children’s parties and Play World soft play area.

Our 88-station gym will perfectly meet all your fitness needs. It features two power plates, five suspension stations and a large free weights area with plate loaded equipment. On hand to help is a team of knowledgeable gym motivators, who are happy to assist wherever possible.
Swimming Pool
