Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre in Leighton Buzzard is among the best sports centres in the local area. Gym
Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre’s 72-station gym is ideal for everyone, regardless of whether you’re a regular gym-goer or are just starting out. Whether you prefer cardio, resistance, functional, free weights workouts – or a combination of all four – you’ll find a gym that’s suited to everyone and packed with all the latest equipment.
Swimming Pool
Here at Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, we’ve got two swimming pools. There’s a 25-metre, six lane main pool and a smaller teaching pool. The main pool is where we host the majority of our award-winning swimming lessons, as well as family fun swim sessions, lane swimming and loads more. The teaching pool, meanwhile, is perfect for small children to get their first taste of the water.
Group Fitness Studio
We’ve got two group exercise studios here at Tiddenfoot. Each week we’ve got a packed timetable of classes designed to suit everyone from intense, lung-busting sessions such as Les Mills BODYPUMP to more relaxed classes like Yoga and Pilates. You’re sure to find something to suit you!
Sports Hall
Our large and versatile six-court sports hall is where you can enjoy a huge range of sports and activities. These include the likes of tables tennis, badminton, volleyball, netball, basketball, football and so much more. It’s also where we host some of our amazing birthday parties!
Squash Courts
Here at The Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, we have two squash courts, which are perfect for enjoying a game of this fast-paced racquet sport.
