Our comprehensive community based gym, offering cardio, resistance and Free weight equipment. There’s always a member of the team on hand to offer advice and support, along with a programme of small group training session, which help you to get the most out of your workout.
Swimming Pool
In our recently-refurbished 25m swimming pool, you can choose from a host of different activities. We offer award-winning swimming lessons, as well as a host of other aquatic activities to help keep you fit and have fun. These include aqua aerobics and family fun swimming sessions.
