Stratford Park Leisure Centre in Stroud, Gloucestershire is the ideal place to help you keep active and healthy. Firstly, our newly-renovated gym is packed with all the latest state-of-the-art equipment, while we also boast two swimming pools – one indoor and one outdoor – in which you can enjoy a multitude of aquatic activities, including our award-winning swimming lessons. Furthermore, we offer a range of group fitness classes, while you can also enjoy our squash courts too. Outside of the fitness arena, we also boast a fantastic cafe, while we also host children’s parties, for all the fun, but without the fuss.

Gym
Our recently-renovated gym is packed with all the latest state-of-the art equipment, meaning you can do your workout, your way. This includes a huge array of cardio machines to get your heart pumping, two fully-equipped free-weights areas and a brand-new functional area that incorporates a sleigh and track, as well as a host of other functional kit. Furthermore, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to help out in any way they can.
Group Fitness Studio
Our group fitness studio plays host to a variety of different classes. Whatever your fitness goals may be, you’re sure to find the right class for you, while the social nature of the sessions means you can meet new people too.
Swimming Pool
Our 25m indoor pool operates on a varied timetable, whether you want to float and relax, learn to swim or swim for fitness, we’re sure to find the right option for you. We also have over 1,200 pupils learn to swim each week with our award-winning swimming lessons.
Artificial Football Pitch
Enjoy a kick about on our all-weather outdoor pitches. Available to hire on an individual basis and for regular club bookings.
