Get to grips with bouldering at our Intro to Bouldering session.
Our coach will take you through the fundamentals of bouldering – from kitting up and wall etiquette to warming up and technique.
You’ll even have a couple of hours of free bouldering after.
Please note the sessions are open to everyone aged 18 and over.
Shoes and chalk are included. Just bring a padlock for a locker, a bottle of water to stay hydrated and bags of energy!
Wear comfy, loose-fitting clothes you can move around in. Think gym wear.
The 90-minute session costs just £20.00
After your introductory session you can come back and climb from £8.00 a session with an option for passes that work out cheaper too.
Intro to Bouldering runs Monday to Thursday, 19:00 – 21:30, as well as Saturday and Sunday, 12:30 – 14:00.
You can book online, over the phone or in person. The session is open to everyone aged 18 and over.
On top of the free bouldering you’ll have after the session, you’ll be able to come back and boulder with us whenever you like.
You can also come and try our exclusive Bouldercise class – a great exercise activity that combines bouldering with functional bodyweight circuits to help improve your bouldering.
Plus if you’d like some more tips on technique or advice on training, you can book a private session with a coach.
There’s even an option to learn top roping with our Beginners Climbing Course. You’re simply spoilt for choice!
