What is Group Exercise?

More and more people are choosing Group Exercise as one of their 5 activities a week. But what is Group Exercise, we hear you ask? Our Group Exercise classes are fun, friendly, fitness sessions lead by our expert instructors to help you reach your goals!

PumpOur group exercise programme is constantly evolving as new and innovative group exercise programmes become available and our members demand the very latest moves. Our managers are constantly on the look out for new classes that will challenge our members with our colleagues being regularly trained in these new techniques.

Whether you are looking for a high intensity workout or something to improve your flexibility and balance , Everyone Active has a class that is designed to suit your needs with experienced instructors to take you through the moves.

Bodypump, Circuits, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Boxercise may be just some of the classes you have  heard of but we bet there are others you haven’t. Your new favourite class is just waiting for you to find it!
