Everyone Active is now offering exclusive women’s only sessions at selected centres in Ealing, Harrow and Brent. The pool area will be specifically set up with modesty
curtains, music and robe hooks for your convenience. Plus there are new vanity units in the changing rooms with hair dryers for after your swim!
If you haven’t participated in any sport or exercise before, it’s never too late. Everyone Active in partnership with Ealing Council offers a wide range of 50+ activity sessions that have lower impact and are at a suitable pace.

Acton 50+ Descriptions
Our 50+ sessions are designed to offer an alternative to our other group exercise and sport sessions with a little less impact to the sessions but still designed to achieve you fitness and activity goals.
Exercising to music in shallow water is a great way to relieve the stress on your joints and improve your water confidence.
Mondays 10.00am – 10.55am

Supervised Gym Sessions
These instructor led and supported sessions are the ideal introduction to the gym environment. Instructors induct and demonstrate all exercises for all participant.

Pilates offers both mental and physical training. It strengthens the back and stomach muscles, which stabilise the torso.
Wednesdays 10.30am – 11.25am
A practice that unites the techniques of breathing and relaxation through a series of poses.
Fridays 10.00am – 10.55am
Zumba combines Latin and other International music into a fun and effective dance-based aerobic workout that can also be adapted to meet the needs of older adults in the form of Zumba Gold.

50+ Table Tennis every Tuesday from 11.30pm until 1.00pm, only costing £2.30 per session. Come and play and meet new people!
Our Exercise Referral scheme, in partnership with Ealing Council, provides a 12 week tailor made package of exercise sessions, especially for people with, or at risk of developing health problems. Participants will work with our fully qualified instructors to develop an activity programme suitable to their conditions. To access the scheme, you need the support of a GP or other healthcare professional. They will contact us and refer you to the scheme. Once a referral form is received, we will contact you with the time and date of your first appointment.

Immerse yourself for an afternoon of yogic practices to restore your energy, balance your mood, enhance your creativity and boost motivation.
Within each monthly workshop we focus on the physical practice of yoga for 90 minutes, 30 minutes of mantra and breathing exercises concluding with 60 minutes of deep relaxation facilitated through a sound bath, a great way to end your weekend and leave you feeling rested, restored and ready for Monday.
