Trampolining Sports Courses with Everyone Active

From the very first trampolining lesson, your child will experience the thrill of leaping higher than ever before. With classes for teens and children as young as two, getting started couldn’t be easier. Your child will learn how to maintain their rhythm, as well as core skills, balance, strength, flexibility and co-ordination. All our sessions are held in a safe, friendly environment and run by fully-qualified British Gymnastics coaches. The coaches are on hand to help you learn and progress through the British Gymnastics Trampoline Proficiency Awards. As well as being a fun way to try something new and meet new people, these classes are also a fantastic way for your child to get active each week.

Trampolining sports courses

Trampolining Levels 1-3

Suitable for pre-school age children and beginners. This stage is designed to provide an all-round grounding for trampolining, as well as being the perfect entry point to the sport for those living with a disability.

Trampolining Levels 4-6

Suitable for children aged four and up, at this stage of the trampolining lesson programme, we aim to develop the skills learnt from levels 1-3 through a set of new, fun and exciting challenges that will make your child fall in love with this thrilling sport.

Trampolining Levels 7-9

Aimed at anyone aged four and up to enjoy, this level of the trampolining pathway has been designed to help develop the skills learnt at levels 4-6 and take on some new ones through fun and exciting challenges that will further increase their skill set and help them enjoy trampolining even more.

Trampolining Levels 10-12

Now we’re getting to the upper echelons of the trampoline programme. Like all the other stages of the trampoline programme, this is aimed at anyone aged four and up, but concentrate on more advanced skills so those taking part will likely require a little more experience. Here, we build on what was learnt in levels 7-9 and take things to a whole new level.
