Surrey Docks Fitness and Watersports Centre offers a wide range of water sports along with a range of dry activities for you to enjoy. Our facilities include a state-of-the-art gym and group fitness studios that offer a huge range of classes for you to enjoy. Above all, though, we boast a 1km water sport dock, which means you can enjoy a huge number of watersports right in the heart of London’s popular Docklands. These activities include sailing, kayaking, wind surfing, power boating and canoeing, among others. All our instructors are fully trained to the highest possible standard.
All Southwark residents have access to free swim and gym sessions in council-owned centres at certain times during the week.

We offer an extensive group fitness programme in our three studios. This includes a state-of-the-art group cycling studio, as well as two other studios that looking out over Surrey Docks. We offer everything from yoga and Pilates to body combat and circuit classes.
We have a 1km dock where we offer a wide range of water sports, as well as RYA and BCU-accredited courses and activities. These include sailing, kayaking, power boating, rowing, canoeing and much more.
