The following terms apply for the ‘Six Month Family Membership’ prize draw
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- The promoter of the Competition is Everyone Active
- The Competition is not open to employees of Everyone Active. You must be 18 or over on 31.8.2023.
- Only one entry per person will be entered in the draw.
- The winners will be chosen at random from among the qualifying entries shortly after the closing date and time.
- The competition opens on 8.7.2023 and closes at midnight on 31.8.2023.
- There are no cash alternatives to the prizes offered.
- Alternative prizes cannot be awarded.
- The name of the winners may appear on Everyone Active’s social media feed and on the Everyone Active website.
- The random selection of the winners will be carried out by a third party appointed by Everyone Active and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
- The winners will be notified shortly after the closing date/time.
- The prize for one winner is a six-month family membership. Three winners will be chosen.
- The membership is for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Adults and children over 11 years will get access to a gym membership and children under 11 will get access to our fantastic swimming lessons membership.
- By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
