The following terms apply for the ‘1 month free when you refer a friend’ offer
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- Offer available to UK residents aged 11 plus at participating centres: enter participating centres
- The following terms apply for the ‘1 month free when you refer a friend’ offer.
- Opens 1/12/2021 and closes for applications 1/3/2025
- All referees MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card, referrers must already have a card to participate.
- To be eligible for the free month the referral must be received prior to the new member joining
- The referee MUST join and purchase either our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary) or an annual membership.
- The referee must have had 1 month’s DD or annual membership cost collected before the referrer can claim their free month, excludes the pro-rata payment. If the referee cancels their membership before the first full payment is taken, the referrer is not eligible for a free month.
- The referrer will receive 1 free month at their standard monthly rate. Annual members will have 1 free month added to the end of their membership term.
- The referral scheme applies only to fitness, swim fitness and junior fitness memberships.
- Does not apply to activity memberships, activity courses or swimming lessons. If the referrer is only enrolled in an activity course, lesson or swim lesson and does not have a fitness, swim fitness or junior fitness membership, or the referee is joining only an activity course/lesson or swimming lesson and not on a fitness, swim fitness of junior fitness membership then the free month does not apply.
- The referee must be a new member (i.e. must not have been a member in the previous 30 days).
- There is no cap on the number of referrals a referrer can make.

- All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
- The offer is open to UK residents aged 11 or over.
- In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
- This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
- This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
